Shipping
We ship from Shanghai / Ningbo ports (Shanghai Pudong air freight for samples and urgent shipments).
- Sea freight (FCL / LCL): default for orders > 1 CBM. Transit ~25–40 days to most destinations.
- Air freight: for urgent orders or samples. ~5–10 days, higher cost per kg.
- Express courier (DHL / FedEx / UPS): for samples and small B2B parcels. 3–7 days door-to-door.
Incoterms
- FOB — we deliver to your nominated forwarder at port of loading. Default option.
- CIF — we book ocean freight + insurance to destination port; you handle local clearance.
- DDP — full door-to-door including duties & taxes. Available for selected destinations.
Payment Terms

Documentation
We provide commercial invoice, packing list, B/L (or AWB), C/O (Form A / GSP / FTA where applicable). Other docs (fumigation cert, SGS inspection, third-party QC) arranged on request.
