Sourcing & inspection
Substrate audited at intake. PP/PET, viscose, cotton, melamine and rubber are tested before they enter the line.
Phase 01In-house production
Extrusion, knitting, weaving, moulding, sewing — all under one roof. No middle traders, no surprises.
Phase 02Triple-stage QC
Nine independent QC lanes: AQL 1.5/2.5 sampling, photo report, third-party invitation (SGS / BV / Intertek).
Phase 03Logistics & ship
Container loaded at our bonded warehouse — Shanghai, Ningbo or Qingdao. Loading photos and BL within 48 h.
Phase 04We test it
before you ask.
Our on-site, REACH-aligned laboratory checks incoming substrates and finished goods so quality is designed in, not inspected in afterward.
Material testing
Absorbency, abrasion, tensile strength, colour-fastness and density verified per lot.
Chemical compliance
REACH, Prop 65 and FDA food-contact screening on relevant lines.
Photo & video reports
