Hall A is our largest workshop, handling all PU and cellulose sponge forming, cutting and bagging. The line runs 6 four-metre cutters, 2 rotary cold-press formers and 4 automated bagging conveyors. Daily output sits at 40,000 sponges; monthly throughput holds steady between 800K and 1.2M units.
